We ship orders across Ukraine and worldwide.
Each item is made or prepared for shipping after the order is placed. If the item is in stock, shipping may be faster.
Production and shipping time:
Usually 2–5 business days after payment. (Orders with small embroidery or during periods of low production workload may be completed in 1–2 days.)

- Pickup by prior arrangement
The delivery cost is calculated according to the carrier’s rates.
Estimated Nova Poshta delivery cost within Ukraine — 70–110 UAH.
Free Nova Poshta delivery is available for orders with 2 or more items.
After shipping, we will send you a tracking number.
International delivery
We also ship orders worldwide.

Delivery time depends on the destination country and the postal service.
Estimated international delivery time — 5–14 business days after shipping.
The delivery cost is calculated during checkout or confirmed by our manager.

Payment
Orders can be paid online by bank card on the website.
Available payment methods:

- other payment methods can be clarified via Instagram
Your order goes into production after payment.
If the payment did not go through or an error occurred — please contact us on Instagram or Telegram, and we will help you complete your order.

Our products are made with machine embroidery.
This is not a print — the design is embroidered with threads directly onto the fabric.
The color of the item in the photo may slightly differ depending on lighting and screen settings.
We check every order before shipping.
